Sales Webhooks provides a SaaS API service that monitors LinkedIn profiles and companies for activity changes, delivering real-time webhook notifications. The Service includes:

• LinkedIn profile and company monitoring
• Change detection and activity tracking
• Webhook delivery system
• API access for integration
• Web console for management

3. Account Registration

To use our Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update any changes to your information
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use Policy

4.1 Permitted Use

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree to:

• Use the Service for legitimate business purposes
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Respect the privacy and rights of monitored individuals
• Use the Service in compliance with LinkedIn's terms of service

5. Subscription Plans and Billing

5.1 Subscription Tiers

We offer various subscription tiers with different entity limits and features:

• Starter: $99/month - 100 tracked entities
• Growth: $299/month - 400 tracked entities
• Scale: $599/month - 1,000 tracked entities
• Enterprise: $999/month - 2,000 tracked entities

5.2 Payment Terms

• All plans include a 14-day free trial
• Subscriptions automatically renew monthly
• Payment is due at the beginning of each billing cycle
• All fees are in USD and non-refundable
• You authorize us to charge your payment method on file

5.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

6. API Usage and Limits

• API usage is subject to rate limits (100 requests per 15 minutes)
• You may not exceed your subscription's entity limits
• Excessive API usage may result in temporary suspension
• We reserve the right to modify API limits with notice

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to:

• Our collection and use of data as described in the Privacy Policy
• The monitoring of publicly available LinkedIn data
• The storage and processing of monitored data

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Our Property

The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Sales Webhooks and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you provide to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a license to use, store, and process your content as necessary to provide the Service.

8.3 LinkedIn Data

LinkedIn data accessed through the Service remains the property of LinkedIn and/or its users. You agree to use such data in compliance with applicable laws and LinkedIn's terms.

9. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

9.1 Service Availability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

9.2 Third-Party Services

We rely on third-party services (including LinkedIn data providers). We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of third-party services.

9.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sales Webhooks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sales Webhooks from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Your violation of any applicable laws

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for:

• Breach of these Terms
• Illegal or harmful activities
• Non-payment of fees
• Extended inactivity

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by:

• Posting the new Terms on this page
• Updating the "Last updated" date
• Sending an email notification for material changes

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
